With This Tender, The Municipality Aims To Conclude One Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Inspection, Maintenance And Supply Of Play Facilities. The Assignment Includes More Than 200 Locations, Including Playgrounds And Schoolyards, Spread Across The Various Villages Within The Municipality. There Are Approximately 2,000 Play Objects And Playground Equipment At These Locations. The Contracting Authority Estimates The Value Of The Contract At € 280,000 Excluding Vat. The Framework Agreement Has Been Fully Utilized And Therefore Ends By Operation Of Law When The Maximum Contract Value Has Been Reached. The Maximum Order Value Is Determined On The Basis Of The Estimated Value Of The Order, Increased By 40%. The Maximum Value Is €392,000 Excluding Vat. Please Note: The Maximum Order Value Is Included Because This Is A Legal Requirement For A Framework Agreement. There Is Currently No Budget For The Maximum Order Value, But Only For The Estimated Value Of € 280,000 Excluding Vat. The Possibility Of An Extension Of 40% Has Been Included To Prevent A New Tender Procedure Becoming Necessary If Additional Resources Are Made Available During The Term. Pawoz Project The Contracting Authority Receives Various Subsidies From The Government, Including For Play Facilities. During The Term Of The Agreement, It Is Possible That A Project Will Be Carried Out With An Estimated Size Of Approximately € 60,000. For The Sake Of Completeness, It Is Noted That This Amount Has Already Been Included In The Aforementioned Estimated Contract Value. It Is Not Yet Certain Whether This Project Will Actually Be Realized During This Contract Period. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From This Statement. If The Project Is Carried Out During The Term Of The Agreement And Falls Within The Scope Of This Agreement, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Work Under The Conditions Of This Agreement
