Tenders Are Invited For Retendering Replacement Of Lighting In The Center Parking Garage Etten-Leur

The Municipality Of Etten-Leur Has An Underground Parking Garage In The Center Of Etten-Leur With A Capacity Of 1,000 Parking Spaces. The Municipality Intends To Replace The Existing Lighting With Led Lighting, Partly Expand It Where Necessary And Have An Associated Multi-Year Maintenance Plan Drawn Up. The Parking Garage Will Remain In Use While The Work Is Being Carried Out. It Is Therefore Important That Safety And Nuisance Are Limited As Much As Possible. By Using Led Luminaires, The Municipality Contributes To The Goals To Be Achieved In The Field Of Energy Savings. This Replacement Also Provides More Visibility In The Parking Garage. The Work Mainly Consists Of: - Supplying And Replacing All Existing Fixtures With Led Lighting; - Expanding The Existing Lighting Installation According To The Attached Lighting Plan; - Installing A Control Installation/Panel; - Delivering The Lighting Installation Ready For Use; - Providing Revision Data; - Drawing Up A Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (15 Years) For The Led Lighting. Implementation Should Be Based On The Existing Infrastructure. An Exception To This Is The Expansion Of The Existing Lighting Installation According To The Lighting Plan. The Following Quantities Apply: In Accordance With The Price Sheet With Quantities (Appendix A), This Concerns The Supply And Installation Of A Total Of 1310 Pieces Of Fixtures.
