Framework Agreement Heating Oil . Description The Client For This Competition Is Oslofjord Varma As (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client). Oslofjord Varme Is A Norwegian District Heating Company That Builds, Owns And Operates Systems For District Heating And Cooling In The Areas Of Fornebu, Lysaker And Sandvika In The Greater Oslo Region. The Company Also Has Ownership Stakes In The Joint Ventures Drammen Fjernvarme (50%) And Fredrikstad Fjernvarme (57%). Oslofjord Varme Was Founded In 1989 And, Including The Joint Ventures, Has An Annual Sale Of Heat Of Approx. 376 Gwh And Cooling Approx. 63 Gwh. The Combined Cooling And Heating Networks Have A Total Length Of 119 Kilometres.
