Medicinal Products Are Described In Detail In Tabular Form, In The Technical Specifications - Appendix No. 1 Of This Documentation For Each Individual Item. The Specification Of Medicinal Products Is Divided Into 11 Separate Items. Each Applicant/Participant May Participate For One, Several Or All Of The Designated Positions. Bidding Is Mandatory For All Medicinal Products In A Given Specific Item - Participation For Separate Sub-Items Or Separate Nomenclature Lines In A Specific Item Is Not Allowed. The Quantities Of Medicinal Products In The Specification Are Approximate, And The Contracting Authority May Not Order The Same Volume During The Term Of The Contract. The Requested Quantities Will Depend On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority For The Period Of The Respective Contracts. Note! On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Chairman Of The Commission Decrypts The Offers And Opens The Price Offers Together With The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 And Para. 3, Item 1 Of Ppzop. Since All Proposals From The Participants Offers Are Presented By A Numerical Value, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection, And The Check For The Presence Of Grounds For Removal And Compliance With The Selection Criteria Is Carried Out In A Way That Is Not Affected By The Results Of The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals. The Proposals Are Announced By Means Of A Message In The Electronic File Of The Order Under Art. 36, Para. 6 And Art. 36A, Para. 2 On The Day Of Opening Of Bids. The Actions Of The Commission For Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 61, Para. 1, Sentence One, And Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of Ppzop.
