The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code, In Conjunction With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 1 Of The Zop, For Separate Positions: Op 9 And Op 10 And Are Assigned According To The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value, With The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code, In Conjunction With Art. 20, Paragraph 3, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, For Separate Positions: Op 4, Op 5 And Op 8 And Are Awarded In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value - Collection Of Bids With Advertisement, Which Have A Total Value Of €286,273.38, The Equivalent Of Bgn 559,902.06, Which Is Less Than 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 1,525,301.82 Or The Equivalent Of Bgn 2,983,231.06. Contracting Authorities May Award Individual Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 1,000,000 (Corresponding To €511,291.88) For Construction, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Which Value Is €305,064.36 Or The Equivalent Of Bgn 596,646.21. In This Case, The Value Of The Quoted Individual Items Does Not Exceed €511,291.88 And Also Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order.
