Andreevo, Town Of Gabrovo, Municipality Of Gabrovo, Region Of Gabrovo The Contracting Authority Will Take Advantage Of The Opportunities Provided By Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, In Connection With Which, Within The Framework Of This Order, Only Separate Items No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 And No. 5 Are Awarded With A Total Estimated Value Of €45,550.00 (Forty-Five Thousand Five Hundred And Fifty Euros) Excluding Vat. Bidders May Submit Bids Only For Designated Item No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 And No. 5. The Remaining Part Of The Order - Separate Items No. 6, No. 7, No. 8 And No. 9 With A Total Value Of €10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Euros) Excluding Vat, The Contracting Authority Will Assign According To The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of The Single Items, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act - The Estimated Value Of Each Individual Item Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​ The Public Procurement For Each Of The Individual Positions Is Executable Under The Conditions Described In The Guidelines, Technical Specifications For Design And Draft Contract For The Respective Individual Position, Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. ​​​​​​​
