The Quality Of The Liquid Fuel Should Comply With The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control And The Bulgarian State Standard. The Goods Are Included In A List Pursuant To Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code. Quantity - 144,000 Liters Of Fuel, Determined On The Basis Of Consumption For The Previous Period. The Contract For Public Procurement Is Concluded Under The Conditions Of The Sofia Stock Exchange For A Period Of 8 (Eight) Months, And If The Quantity Is Not Reached Within The Term Of The Contract, The Latter Is Extended For No More Than 4 (Four) Months.
