The Purpose Of This Bidding Process Is To Contract The Comprehensive Maintenance, Acquisition And Installation Service Of The Air Conditioning System For The Vip Sector On Floors 3 And 4 Of The Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso Municipal Stadium, With The Purpose Of Modernizing The Existing Infrastructure Due To The Lack Of Spare Parts And The Operational Failures Of The Current Equipment. This Initiative Seeks To Guarantee Optimal Standards Of Thermal Comfort, Energy Efficiency And Environmental Sustainability, Ensuring Continuous And Reliable Operation Of The System During The Development Of Sporting Events And Massive Activities At The Venue. It Is Expressly Stated That Bidders Must Offer All Of The Required Products And Services. Failure To Comply With This Provision Will Entitle The Municipality To Declare Said Offers Inadmissible.
