Specific Objectives of the Assignment To strengthen environmental governance and community resilience by developing comprehensive awareness materials for selected Federal Member States in Somalia. Assess awareness and communication needs related to climate change, LDN, and biodiversity. Develop culturally appropriate, gender-responsive, and user-friendly ECA materials. Pilot and validate materials with stakeholders. 2 Develop a dissemination and capacity-building plan. Enhance environmental literacy and behavioral change among target audiences.
