1. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities, Swz And Technical Specification. The Order Includes The Following Works: • Tearing Off Pvc Floor Coverings, • Cutting Out Loose Surfaces Under The Carpets (Cement Floor), • Cutting Out Concrete Floor Plinths, • Dismantling The Board Mounted On Metal Brackets, • Cutting Out Ventilation Grids From The Inactive Walls And Dismantling The Wooden Platform, • Dismantling Wooden Door Frames, • Cutting Out Door Openings In Brick Walls, • Construction Of Door Recesses With Plasterboards, • Construction Of Partition Walls From Plasterboards And Filling The Walls With Mineral Wool - Regarding The Division Of Two Teaching Rooms; 334 And 335, • Electrical Works (Adaptation Of Lighting Installations And Electrical Sockets) Related To The Division Of Rooms 334 And 335 Into Smaller Ones, • Filling Of Plaster Defects On The Walls (Including Plinths), • Plastering Of Selected Walls, • Installation Of Aluminum Corners On The Edges Of The Walls, • Painting Of Walls And Ceilings Along With Priming The Substrate, • Installation Of Valves On The Supply And Return Of Radiators - Regarding Central Heating Installations, • Painting Radiators, Central Heating Pipes, Window Sills, Fanlights, Plinths With Oil Paint, • Grinding, Polishing And Polishing Terrazzo Floors (Auditorium Platform Made Of Terrazzo), • Scraping Emulsion Paint From The Surface Of Wooden Sidelights Above The Entrances To Rooms, • Finishing Works Of Walls Around New Door Frames After Replacing Doors, • Installation Of Lighting Fixtures In The Room 338,• Installation Of A Self-Leveling Leveling Layer For The Carpet,• Preparation Of The Subfloor For A New Homogeneous Pvc Floor Covering,• Laying The Carpet With The Fold-Over On The Walls,• Installation Of Threshold Strips,• Removal And Disposal Of Debris And Torn Carpets.2. After The Start Of The 2026/2027 Academic Year, I.E. From October 1, 2026, A Maximum Of Two Classrooms May Be Closed At The Same Time.
