1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Elements Of Small Architecture - Graves At The Rotunda War Cemetery In Zamość, Stage 5. 2. The Order Covers The Renovation Of 23 Graves (19 Graves In Sector Vi, 4 Graves In Sector V, Row C, Counting From The Right). The Scope Of The Renovation Includes: - Dismantling The Concrete Cross And The Grave Frame As Well As The Cross Plaque - Making A New Cross Granite And Placing It On The Grave - Renovation And Reassembly Of The Sandstone Plaque On The Cross - Construction Of A Trench And A Concrete Footing For The Granite Frame Of The Grave - Construction And Assembly Of The Granite Frame On The Grave - Filling In The Gaps In The Gravel Surface Around The Grave - Leveling The Surface Inside The Grave, Fertilizing Arable Land, Sowing Grass.3. If The Ordering Party Is Unable To Manage The Excavated Material, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage It On Its Own.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Is Located In A Conservation Area. 5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Execution And Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz, In Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.7. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Scope Described In Points 1 - 3 And All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works To Be Performed As Well As The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Order Of Importance: Design Documentation (I.E. Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works), Constituting Annexes To The Swz And Being Its Integral Part, The Contract And Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.9. The Ordering Party Informs That The Documents Listed In Point 8, The Contract And Swz, Complement Each Other. In The Event Of Disclosure Of Discrepancies, Failure To Include Or Omission In The Contract Or Swz Any Obligation Of The Contractor Resulting From The Design Documentation Listed In Point 8 Or Vice Versa, Priority Will Be Given To The Meaning Of Stating The Existence Of The Obligation, And The Meaning Of Releasing The Contractor From The Fulfillment Of The Obligation Will Be Omitted.10.
