Earthworks:• Excavations In Soil Categories I-V• Construction Of Embankments3. Drainage Of The Road Body:• Rain Collector• Inspection Wells• Rain Gullies4. Buildings:• Trough With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subgrade (Sidewalk, Exits And Widening)• Cleaning And Sprinkling Of Construction Layers• Subbase Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate• Subbase And Improved Subgrade Made Of Soil Or Cement-Stabilized Aggregate5. Surface:• Asphalt Concrete Surface6. Finishing Works:• Strengthening Of Slopes, Ditches And Sewers7. Traffic Safety Devices:• Vertical Markings• Steel Protective Barriers8. Street Elements:• Concrete Curbs• Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Paving Stones4.1 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Offer Cost Estimates, Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Annex To This Swz.4.2. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Only Products Approved For Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And The Construction Products Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Other Regulations, If Applicable.4.3. Materials For The Execution Of The Order Should Be Of A Category And Quality Not Lower (Equivalent) Than Those Indicated In The Tor And Its Annexes.4.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Waste Generated In The Course Of Its Own Work And For The Appropriate Manner Of Handling It, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012.
