The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Titled: Provision Of Services In The Field Of Removing Vehicles From Public Roads In The Nowodworski County And Maintaining A Guarded Parking Lot For Removed Vehicles, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.2. Removal Of Vehicles From The Road, Which Will Take Place At The Request Of Authorized Entities Based On The Instructions Issued By Them To Remove The Vehicle From The Road In Accordance With Art. 130A Of The Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations To The Act. The Vehicle Removal Service Is Understood By The Ordering Party As: 1) Travel To The Place Of The Incident, 2) Preparation Of Photographic Or Video Documentation Of The Removed Vehicle, With Particular Emphasis On Damage, 3) Loading Of The Vehicle, 4) Possible Removal Of Elements Of The Removed Vehicle And The Effects Of Leaks Of Operating Fluids, 5) Transport Of The Removed Vehicle To A Guarded Parking Lot Designated By The Ordering Party, 6) Unloading Of The Removed Vehicle In The Guarded Parking Lot, 7) Protection Of The Towed Vehicle Against Destruction Or Damage, Theft.3. Vehicles Will Be Removed From The Roads At The Request Of Authorized Entities.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Calculation Of The Offer Price Should Include Estimated Quantities Of Activities Such As: Vehicle Removal; Storing The Vehicle And Waiving The Removal Of The Vehicle, Respectively For: 1) Bicycle, Moped, Electric Scooter, Personal Transport Device - 3 Pcs., 2) Motorcycle - 8 Pcs., 3) Vehicle With A Gvw Of Up To 3.5 T. - 150 Pcs. 4) Vehicle With A Gvw Of 3.5 T. To 7.5 T. - 10 Pcs. 5) Vehicle With A Gvw Of 7.5 T. T. Up To 16 T. - 5 Pcs.6) Vehicle With A Gvw Above 16 T. - 150 Pcs.7) Vehicle Carrying Dangerous Goods - 1 Pc.5. The Actual Number Of Vehicles Removed During The Term Of The Contract Will Depend On The Number Of Orders To Remove Vehicles Issued By The Police, City Guards Or Rescue Operations Managers. 6. Storing Vehicles Removed From The Road In A Guarded Parking Lot And Parking Lot Until The Vehicle Is Collected By A Person Authorized To Collect It Or, At The Request Of The District Office In Nowy Dwór Gdański, The Vehicle In Question Is Taken To The Parking Lot After Up To 21 Calendar Days From The Date Of Towing The Vehicle From The Road.7. Having A Parking Lot In The Nowodworski District, Intended For Storing Vehicles Removed From The Roads On The Basis Of Art. 130A Of The Industrial Property Act, Until Collected By An Authorized Person, With An Area Of ​​Not Less Than 500 M². The Parking Lot Should Meet The Following Technical Features: 1) Guarded (Monitoring), 2) Fenced, With An Entrance Gate, 3) Illuminated, 4) With A Hardened Surface Such As Bituminous, Gravel, Concrete, Paving Stones, Trilinek, Other Hardened, 5) With A Secured Room For Storing Parts Or Elements Of Vehicles And Their Equipment That Could Be Damaged Or Lost In The Parking Place.8. Ensuring Travel Time To The Place Of Towing The Vehicle
