The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With Ballast, A Front Loader, A Bucket, Pallet Forks, A Snow Plow, A Flail Mower With Accessories And Requirements Specified In Annex No. 4 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If In The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Specific Material, Product Or Device Is Indicated, Or A Reference To A Specific Standard, It Should Be Treated As A Technical And Quality Guideline And In Relation To The Parameters, Or Data, Standards (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Technical Documentation, Directly Or Indirectly Identifying The Material, Product Or Device, Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters And Standards Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Technical Documentation, Functionally Possible To Be Used In The Subject Of The Contract.
