The Vehicle Being The Subject Of The Delivery Must Be Brand New, Unused, From Production No Older Than 2025, Free From Construction, Material And Legal Defects. The Car Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Conditions Arising From The Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, Including In Particular The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/2144 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (So-Called Gsr2) In The Field Of General Safety Of Motor Vehicles And Protection Of Passengers And Vulnerable Road Users.
