1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation, In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Nowy Dwór Gdański Commune, Of Three Brand New, Complete Alarm Sirens Enabling The Transmission Of Sound Signals And Voice Messages, I.E. 3 Electronic Alarm Sirens (Each With A Set Of Slotted Speakers, A Control Block, Mounting Structure, Antenna And Cabling), Powered By Electricity, Using A Digital/Analog Radio Network And An Ip Network For Control. 2. The Contractor Will Provide Equipment Including: Slot Speakers, Amplifiers, Control Units, Backup Batteries, Modules And Local Controllers. The Supplied Sirens Must Ensure Sound Emission With The Required Power And Acoustic Pressure, Reliable Operation In Various Weather Conditions And Continuity Of Operation In The Event Of A Main Power Failure. The Equipment Provided By The Contractor Must Be Brand New.3. The Sirens Will Be Remotely Activated From The Level Of The Municipal Crisis Management Center - They Must Ensure Full Integration With The Existing Systems: Warning And Alarming Of The Pomeranian Voivode And The Control Station Of The District Fire Service Commander, Using The Existing Infrastructure And Locally. Ii. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Tasks:1. Make The Necessary Arrangements With The Persons Managing The Facilities Indicated In Point Iv.2. Purchase, Deliver, Install And Commission 3 Brand New Complete Alarm Points.3. Integrate Alarm Points With The Warning And Alarm System Of The Pomeranian Voivode4. Integrate Alarm Points With The Management Position Of The District Fire Service Commander In Nowy Dwór Gdański.5. Prepare Documentation Confirming How The Order Was Completed. Iii. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Making The Necessary Arrangements With The Persons Managing The Facilities In The Locations Where The Alarm Points Will Be Installed. 1) The Method Of Installation And Connection To The Power Supply Should Be Individually Agreed Each Time For Each Facility; 2) The Contractor Will Make The Above-Mentioned. Arrangements Through Your Own Efforts And At Your Own Expense.2. Delivery And Installation Of Alarm Points With The Necessary Cabling, In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Arrangements Made.1) The Contractor Will Deliver All Devices And Materials Directly To The Places Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order;2) All Delivered Devices And Materials Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals, And Should Come From The Official Distribution Channel;3) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Workmanship, In Accordance With Standards And Principles Of Technical And Construction Knowledge As Well As Fire, Health And Safety And Environmental Protection Conditions;4) All Devices Must Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Iso 9001:2023 Quality Standard Or Equivalent;5) The
