The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 2 (Two) Brand New Municipal Vehicles With Fully Electric Drive (Bev), With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 4.25 Tons, Equipped With A Tipper Body And Mesh Extensions Intended For The Transport Of Bulk Materials, Municipal Waste And Green Waste.2. Vehicles Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Manufactured No Earlier Than In The Year Preceding The Year Of Delivery.3. Vehicles And Their Bodies Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Law And Have Approval Enabling Registration And Use In The Republic Of Poland And The European Union. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Terms Of Reference.
