The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Parking Bays With Accompanying Infrastructure Within The Jagodno Estate In Wrocław As Part Of The Task: No. 07320 Entitled Green Parking Bays On The Streets Of Kajdasza, Komeda, Drabika, Artemska, Based On The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Along With The Construction Permit From 2025. The Order Was Divided Into Two Scopes, Including The Guaranteed Scope And The Optional Scope. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Within 3 Months Of Signing The Contract. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes:• Task No. 1 (Guaranteed Scope) Includes: Stage I - Ul. Beaty Artemskiejstage Iii - Ul. Komeda North Of Ul. Kajdasza,  Reconstruction Of Ul. Komedy South Of Ul. Kajdasza, Including: - Demolition Of Road Surfaces, - Construction Of Parking Bays With Permeable Surface, - Reconstruction Of Road Lighting Reconstruction And Protection Of Colliding Existing Networks: O Road Lighting Cable Lines, O Rainwater Inlets, - Protection And Planting Of Greenery, - Disassembly And Assembly (Relocation) Of Small Architectural Objects (Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks), - Design And Obtaining Approval Of Temporary Traffic Organization, In Accordance With The Schedule And Technology Adopted By The Contractor, Together With Its Removal In The Field, - Carrying Out Supervisions: Environmental, Dendrological And Surveying, Monitoring Research On The Health Of Trees And Shrubs, Development Of Target Traffic Organization In The Area, Construction, Delivery And Installation Of Information/Commemorative Boards And Delivery Of Information Leaflets And Their Distribution In The Investment Area. Task No. 2 (Optional Scope) Includes: Stage Ii - Kajdasza Street, Including: - Demolition Of The Surface Road Construction, Construction Of Parking Bays With Permeable Surface, Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures On Booms, Protection Of Existing Networks: Road Lighting Cable Network, Telecommunication Networks, Reconstruction Of Rainwater Inlets, Protection And Planting Of Greenery, Disassembly And Assembly (Relocation) Of Small Architecture Objects (Waste Bins, Stands Bicycles) - Designing And Obtaining Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization, In Accordance With The Schedule And Technology Adopted By The Contractor, Together With Its Placement In The Field, - Carrying Out Environmental, Dendrological And Geodetic Supervision, - Monitoring Research In The Health Condition Of Trees And Shrubs, - Setting Up The Target Traffic Organization In The Field, Execution, Delivery And Installation Of Information / Commemorative Boards And Delivery Of Information Leaflets And Their Distribution In The Investment Area.
