The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of Two Warehouse And Commercial Halls With Accompanying Works In The Design And Build Formula, Located On The Plot No. 400/2, Ligota Zabrska District (0030) In Gliwice. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions And Administrative Decisions Necessary For Implementation Investment;2) Developing A Concept For The Thermal Modernization Of Warehouse And Commercial Halls No. 1010 And 1011 Together With Visualization Of The Proposed Solutions;3) Carrying Out Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The External Walls Of Warehouse And Commercial Halls No. 1010 And 1011 Together With Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation And The Functional And Utility Program;4) Exercising Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Period Of Construction Works;5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 6) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, If Required By Applicable Law. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical And Functional Requirements And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
