1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of A Water Reservoir In Kosewo (Registration No. 111) By: A) Removing Rush Aquatic Vegetation Along With Root Systems; B) Extracting Sediment From The Bottom Of The Reservoir And Detonating And Dewatering Bottom Sediments In Depositors; C) Strengthening Slopes With A Vegetation Fascine; D) Purchasing And Introducing A Natural Preparation For Cleaning Water Reservoirs Based On Microbiological Composites;E) Aeration Of A Water Reservoir Through The Purchase And Installation Of A Fountain;F) Purchase And Installation Of A Control Cabinet Adapted To Connect A Fountain.2) The Order Is Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Masovian Voivodeship In The Scope Of Construction And Renovation Of Water Reservoirs For Small Retention Purposes.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
