1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Under The Name Reconstruction Of The Forest Road Czarna Droga Section I - Stage Ii, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Bill Of Quantities, To The Extent Enabling The Achievement Of The Assumed Objectives.2) Investment Location: The Investment Area Is Located In The Siewierz Forest District On Plots No. 1714, 1707, 1745, 1715, 1746, 1752, 1753, 1754, 1755, 1747 Registration District 0001 Brudzowice, Siewierz Commune, Będzin County, Silesian Voivodeship, With A Total Length Of 1160M. (I.E. Stage Ii Km 3+750 To 4+910) The Plots Constituting The Area For The Planned Road Reconstruction Are The Property Of The State Treasury And Are Managed By Pgl State Forests Siewierz Forest District. The Area For The Planned Reconstruction Of The Forest Road Consists Of Forests In Accordance With The Forest Act. Pursuant To Art. 3 Points 2 Of The Forest Act, The Land On Which The Reconstruction Of The Road Is Planned Is Land Related To Forest Management, Occupied For Use For Forest Management Purposes.3) The Works Will Consist In: A) Marking Out Road Elements, B) Clearing Stumps), Removing The Layer Of Topsoil In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Road - Exits, Passing Areas, D) Clearing Slopes, Roadsides Of Existing Bushes And Existing Trees. E) Desilting/Cleaning Existing Ditchesf) Renovating Existing Culverts By Replacing The Through Part G) Making Excavations And Embankments Along The Length Of The Road In Accordance With The Gradelineh) Making A Bed Along With Profiling And Compacting The Subsoil For The Structural Layers Of The Road Surface) Making A Base Layer Of Crushed Aggregate - Exits, Passing Areas, Forest Road Surface J) Making Exits To Forest Roads And Passing Crossings Required By Regulations. K) Construction Of The Upper Surface Layer Of Crushed Aggregate - Exits, Passing Areas, Forest Road Surface L) Construction Of Hardened Roadsides.
