The Material Scope Of The Design Documentation Includes: 1) Construction Design In 4 Copies 2) Building Permit; 3) Executive Designs In All Industries (4 Copies For Each Industry); 4) Technological Start-Up Designs; 5) Detailed Cost Estimates For All Industries; 6) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Each Industry; 7) Health And Safety Information (Bioz); 8) Acceptance Of The Completed Network By Eko-Drwinia 9) Permits And Decisions For Use Of The Network And Facilities, Including The Development Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation And The Development Of All Documentation And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Investor (If Required) Or Submitting A Report On The Completion Of Construction In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Within The Contract Implementation Period10) Other Opinions And Arrangements Necessary In Accordance With The Law And The Functional And Utility Program.11) Electronic Version (Doc, Pdf, Dwg) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Design Documentation Constituting Attachments To The Swz.
