The Scope Of The Reconstruction Includes: 1) Removal Of Existing Surfaces 2) Construction Of The Full Road Structure Specified In The Design Documentation 3) Construction Of Concrete Accessories 4) Carrying Out Finishing/Cleaning Works 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Stwior, Bill Of Quantities And Description Of The Subject Of The Order) - Annex No. 7 To Swz And Annex No. 12. 3. The Contractor Who Refers To The Solutions Equivalent, Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
