Tenders Are Invited For Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Energy Storage Facilities And Charging Stations In Educational Facilities Of The Hrubieszów County

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Energy Storage Facilities And Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Construction Works Related To The Preparation Of Rooms Intended For The Installation Of Energy Storage Facilities In Educational Facilities Of The Hrubieszów County, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Thermal Modernization And Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of School Buildings In Hrubieszów County - Stage I.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Implementation Of An Energy Storage Installation, Including The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 4 Energy Storage Facilities With A Capacity Of 25 Kwh To 30 Kwh Each, Compatible With Existing Photovoltaic Installations And The Inverters Used In Them, Along With The Implementation Of The Necessary Electrical And Telecommunications Connections, Security, Control, Monitoring Systems And Integration With The Existing Power Infrastructure; B) Implementation Of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, Including Delivery, Installation And Commissioning 4 Charging Stations For Electric Vehicles, Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Power Infrastructure, Power Lines, Cable Routes, Switchboards, Security Equipment, Communication And Monitoring Systems And Marking Of Charging Stations; C) Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Preparation And Adaptation Of Rooms Intended For The Location Of Energy Storage Facilities, Including In Particular Demolition, Bricklaying, Construction And Finishing Works, Construction Of Partitions With The Required Fire Resistance, Installation Of Fire-Resistant Joinery, Ventilation, Flooring And Other Works Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Commissioning, Prepare As-Built Documentation And Provide Instructions For Use And Operation Of The Installed Devices. In Buildings A And B Of The School Complex No. 1, There Are Existing Inverters Of Photovoltaic Installations. These Inverters Are Not Included In The Scope Of The Order And Must Remain In Their Current Location. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Rooms And Perform Other Works In A Way That Allows The Existing Inverters To Be Retained Without Dismantling, Moving Or Temporarily Removing Them. It Is Unacceptable To Disturb, Damage Or Change The Location Of Existing Inverters. All Technical Solutions Related To The Execution Of The Order Should Be Adapted To The Existing Location Of The Inverters3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Construction Works, Was Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
