The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order, And In Particular The Equipment, Software, Services Or Processes In The Field Of Communication Technologies Offered And Delivered Under The Contract, Are Not Covered By: 1) The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 20, As Amended), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of The State; 2) The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act On The National Cybersecurity System. The Contractor Will Ensure Free Delivery And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Premises At Ul. Jezuicka 1/3 In Warsaw (Postal Code: 00-231).
