Tenders Are Invited For Catering Service During Training Organized As Part Of The Energy Consulting Project

Employees Of Local Government Units, Carried Out As Part Of The Advisory Activities Of The Project Entitled Energy Consulting Project.2. Scope Of The Order: 1) Number Of Trainings: Trainings Will Last 3 (Three) Days - Without Overnight Stay; Trainings Will Be Spread Over Time - The First Two Days - Day By Day, The Third Day After Approximately 2-3 Weeks. Total: Number Of Training Days For Which Catering Services Should Be Provided: 18.2) Number Of Participants: 600 People, Including: For Trainings Organized In Warsaw And Radom - 40 People At Each Training; For Trainings Organized In Ciechanów, Ostrołęka, Płock And Siedlce - 30 People At Each Training;3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Order During Each Training (Up To 30% Of The Declared Number Of Participants On A Given Day). The Final Number Of Participants In Individual Training Courses Will Be Notified To The Contractor 5 Business Days Before The Start Of Each Training.4) Trainings Will Be Organized In Warsaw, Płock, Ostrołęka, Siedlce, Radom And Ciechanów, In The Locations - Training Rooms As Follows: A) Warsaw - Conference Room At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7, 00-893 Warsaw; B) Płock - Conference Room In The Remote Department Of The Ordering Party In Płock, Ul. Stary Rynek 20, 09-400 Płock;C) Ostrołęka – Conference Room, Ul. J. Piłsudskiego 38, 07-410 Ostrołęka (Building Of The Marshals Office Of The Masovian Voivodeship In Warsaw - Delegation In Ostrołęka); D) Siedlce – Conference Room, Ul. Terespolska 12, 08-110 Siedlce (Building C Polimex Mostostal S.A.);E) Radom - Conference Room, Ul. 25 Czerwca 68, 26-600 Radom (Building Of The Regional Directorate Of State Forests In Radom); F) Ciechanów - Conference Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Ciechanów Poviat. The Room Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party 10 Business Days Before The Training Date.
