Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Quality Parameters, Functional Features And Other Requirements): • For Parts 1 - 5, Includes The Price Form (Appendix No. 3 To Swz), • For Parts 6 - 10, Includes Opz (Appendices). For Parts 1 - 5, The Ordering Party Has Specified The Vin Numbers And Years Of The Vehicles For Which It Purchases Spare Parts. When Submitting An Offer And Assessing Equivalence, The Contractor Should Take Into Account Vin Numbers And Vehicle Years (In Those Parts Where These Parameters Are Indicated). Moreover, In Column No. 3 In The Price Form, The Ordering Party Indicated An Example Catalog Number (Index) Of A Given Car Part. When Specifying Equivalent Products, The Contractor Should Use Publicly Available Catalogs Of Filters And Car Parts From Given Manufacturers (E.G. Filtron Catalog, Man Filtr, Sf Filter, Etc.). In Case Of Proposing Equivalent Spare Parts And Accessories, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Complete Column No. 10 In The Price Form In Order To Enable Comparison Of The Parameters Of The Offered Products With Those Requested By The Ordering Party. Leaving The Fields Empty In Column 10 Means That The Contractor Offers Products Specified By The Catalog Number (Index/Symbol) From Column 3. If Column 3 Is Left Blank, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Expects Delivery Of The Product Indicated In Column 2.
