1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Diesel Oil For The Social Services Center In Korzenna For The Purposes Of Transport To The Daily Support Center In Mogilno In The Years 2026 - 2028. The Supply Of Diesel Oil (On) Is Intended For The Ordering Partys Business Vehicle. The Estimated Quantity Of Diesel Oil During The Term Of The Contract Is: 35,563.00 Liters. The Given Quantity Is An Estimate And May Change Reduction Or Increase Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Delivered Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended). Fuel Parameters Not Included In The Regulation Must Be In Accordance With Applicable Polish Standards.3.The Ordering Party Requires That At Least One Of The Gas Stations Through Which The Contractor Will Supply Fuel Be Located No Further Than The Sum Of The Access And Return Routes Of 12 Km From The Headquarters Of The Social Services Center In Korzenna (Calculated On The Basis Of The Map Www.Targeo.Pl);4. The Gas Station Should Be Open 7 Days A Week.5. The Location Of The Station Must Ensure Collision-Free Entry And Exit As Well As Refueling Of All The Ordering Partys Vehicles. The Ordering Partys Vehicles Will Be Refueled By The Contractors Employee Directly Into The Vehicles Tank.6. Fuel Is Traded In A Cashless Manner.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel Using Fuel Cards.8. Cyclically, In Two Periods A Month, Collective Invoices For Purchased Fuel Are Issued Along With Attachments And Statements, Which Will Show: A) The Name Of The Person Refueling The Vehicle B) Vehicle Registration Number C) Date Of Refueling D) Type, Quantity And Value Of The Purchased Fuel (At The Given Price On A Given Day) E) The Vehicles Odometer Reading At The Time Of Refueling F) Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Refueling Document By The Recipient Of The Fuel.
