5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Emergency And Emergency Services In The Area Of The City Of Łódź - Scaring, Catching Animals With Euthanasia And Disposal. Implementation Of Scaring Or Trapping Services With Euthanasia And Transport To The Disposal Point And Disposal Of Euthanized Animals Constituting A Particular Threat To The Proper Functioning Of The Population In The Areas Of The City Of Łódź Commune, In Compliance With The Conditions Specified In The Law, Extended To Include Activities Related To Scaring Away Game, Undertaken As An Immediate Response (Up To 1.5 Hours) To Reporting An Immediate Threat. The Contractors Availability Is Required 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week (Including Holidays).5.2.
