The Purpose And Subject Of This Order Is To Develop Complete Design Documentation And Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Necessary Decisions, Arrangements And Permits (Including Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Building Permits) For The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Building, Including A Change In The Method Of Use Located On Plot No. 3624/31 In Gostynin (Hereinafter: Investment), As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Completed Documentation.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With The Description Of The Conditions Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, Is Provided Below In The Tor, As Well As In The Functional And Utility Program Developed By Bp Telecom Norbert Górzyński, Constituting Annex No. 7 To This Tor, To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of This Order, Described In Section 1 Above. The Pfu Defines The Basic Functional, Technical, Operational And Organizational Assumptions Of The Investment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Fup, The Assumptions Made Therein And The Input Data, As Well As To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Deficiencies, Contradictions Or Risks Affecting The Preparation Of The Documentation.
