Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Laser Displacement Monitoring Device For The Department Of Structural Mechanics Of The Faculty Of Construction, Architecture And Environmental Engineering Of The Lodz University Of Technology

The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Laser Displacement Monitoring Device For The Department Of Structural Mechanics Of The Faculty Of Construction, Architecture And Environmental Engineering Of The Lodz University Of Technology.2. The Order Includes 1 Task. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer For The Entire Task 1, The Parameters Of Which Are Described In Detail In The List Of Required Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specifications Of The Conditions Of The Order (Swz).3. The Offer Must Include At Least Those Elements Of The Subject Of The Order That Constitute One Task. Failure To Include Any Item In The Offer As Part Of The Task To Which The Offer Relates Will Result In Its Rejection Due To The Non-Compliance Of The Content Of The Offer With The Terms Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law 4. The Ordered Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Solution Necessary To Perform Displacement Measurements Both Within And Outside The Faculty. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Would Require The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts On Different Dates, Which Would Result In A Significant Extension Of The Task Completion Deadline And An Increase In Costs. The Works Within The Tender Procedure Are Closely Related And Dependent On Each Other, And Their Sequence Is Dictated By The Nature Of The Order. Such Awarding Of The Contract Will Constitute The Most Effective Technical And Formal Way Of Performing The Contract.5. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts, Because The Contract Awarded In Its Entirety Is Tailored To The Needs Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Within The Meaning Of Annex I To The European Commission Regulation (Eu) No. 651/2014 Of 17 June 2014.
