Assessment And Consulting Services, Infrastructure Assessment: • Implementation Of Assessment Based On The Requirements Arising From Normative Legal Acts On The Application Of Infrastructure, Equipment, Building And Sanitary-Hygiene Rules In Educational Institutions. Requirements For The Implementation Of Services: 1. During The Evaluation, The Following Legislative Acts Should Be Guided: • Resolution No. 171 Of The Cabinet Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan Dated August 3, 2012, On The Approval Of Uniform Norms For The Construction, Material And Technical Supply Of Educational Institutions, General Sanitary-Hygiene Requirements, Provision Of Student Places; • Law Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan On Sanitary-Epidemiological Safety; • Law Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan On Food Safety; •Relevant Regulatory Documents Approved By The Decision Of The Board Of The Food Safety Agency Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan. 2. During The Implementation Of The Assessment, All Required Examinations Should Be Carried Out. Inspections: • Implementation Of State Control Over Compliance With The Requirements Of Technical Normative Legal Acts In The Field Of Food Safety Related To Ensuring The Minimum Quality And Safety Of Food Products Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Decision No. 154 Of The Cabinet Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan Dated August 16, 2005 On The Approval Of The Rules. • The Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute Under The Food Safety Agency Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan Should Be Conducted In The Accredited Testing Laboratories Of A Public Legal Entity. Institutions Where The Service Will Be Provided: • State Pre-School Educational Institution Whose List Is Determined By The Customer And Operates In Different Areas Of The Republic. Date Of Rendering Of The Service: • On A Date Previously Agreed With The Customer., Training Services - Implementation Of Information On The Requirements Arising From The Following Regulatory Legal Acts On Food And Sanitary-Hygiene Safety In Educational Institutions: • Decision No. 171 Of The Cabinet Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan Dated August 3, On The Approval Of Uniform Standards For The Construction, Provision Of Student Places; • Law Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan On Sanitary-Epidemiological Safety; • Law Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan On Food Safety; •Relevant Regulatory Documents Approved By The Decision Of The Board Of The Food Safety Agency Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan. Duration And Form Of Training: 6 Hours; Visual. Place Of Training: State Pre-School Educational Institutions Operating In Different Areas Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan. Participant Category: The Staff Involved In The Provision Of Catering Services In State Pre-School Educational Institutions Operating In Different Areas Of The Republic, Whose List Is Determined By The Customer. Training Dates: On Dates Agreed With The Customer In Advance. Other Requirements For Conducting Trainings: • Prepare The Program Of Trainings And Agree With The Customer In Advance; • To Obtain The List Of Participants From The Customer, To Draw Up The Time Schedule Of The Trainings, To Prepare A Folder Of Training Materials For The Participants, To Register The Participants Based On The Relevant Information And To Carry Out Preparatory Work For Their Participation In The Trainings, To Provide The Participants With A Certificate At The End Of The Training; • Organization Of Evaluation (Through Survey And Self-Evaluation) In Order To Measure The Quality Of Training. Note: Based On The Results Of The Training, One Of The Training Participants Should Be Provided With A Certificate.
