Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For Coordination Missions In Safety And Health Prevention (Csps) For Meaux Habitat Country Operations

The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Carry Out Coordination Missions In Terms Of Safety And Health Prevention (Csps) For Operations Carried Out By Pays De Meaux Habitat. These Coordination Missions In Terms Of Safety And Health Prevention Mainly Concern Operations Carried Out By Pays De Meaux Habitat On Its Own Behalf On Its Assets: These May Involve New Construction Operations, Major Restructuring, Rehabilitation, Demolition, Deconstruction, Major Maintenance Or Development Work (Vrd). These Missions May Also Concern Operations Carried Out By Pays De Meaux Habitat On Behalf Of Third Parties (In Particular Delegated Project Management On Behalf Of Local Authorities Or Services For Foncière Coeur De Meaux Etc.). A Forecast List Of Operations Is Attached In Appendix 1 To This Cctp. The Elements Contained In The Provisional List Are Given For Information Purposes Only And Do Not Commit Pays De Meaux Habitat In Any Way Regarding The Quantities And Amount Of Orders Likely To Be Placed Within The Framework Of This Contract. The Operations Are Spread Across The Seine Et Marne And Mainly In The Agglomeration Community Of The Pays De Meaux. The Services Will Be Carried Out Mainly For The Development Department Of Pays De Meaux Habitat.
