Tenders Are Invited For Call For Expressions Of Interest For The Valorization Of Communal Land Through The Creation And Operation Of A Padel Complex

The Municipality Of Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse Is Launching A Call For Expressions Of Interest With A View To Selecting An Economic Operator Responsible For Designing, Financing, Building And Operating A Padel Complex On Land Belonging To The Municipal Public Domain. The Municipality Wishes To Promote The Development Of The Local Sports Offering, Strengthen The Attractiveness Of The Territory And Promote Its Land Assets While Respecting The Principles Of Transparency, Equal Treatment And Competition. The Municipality Is Considering The Conclusion Of An Administrative Long Lease (Bea) Or Any Other Title Of Occupation Of The Public Domain Allowing The Realization And Exploitation Of The Project. The Duration Of The Title Will Be Determined With Regard To The Amount Of The Investments Proposed And Their Economic Amortization.
