Tenders Are Invited For Restoration Work On The Marble Gallery Of The Rodin Museum

The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Restoration Work On The Galerie Des Marbles With A View To Its Opening To The Public, On The Paris Site Of The Rodin Museum. It Is Broken Down Into 5 Separate Lots: - Lot No. 1: Vrd / Masonry - Cut Stone (Broken Down Into A Firm Section Restoration Of The Marble Gallery And An Optional Section Removal/Reinstallation Of Foot Scaffolding) - Lot No. 2: Roofing - Lot No. 3: Metal Carpentry / Ironwork / Painting - Lot No. 4: Electricity - Lot No. 5: Ventilation The Firm Section Of The Lot No. 1 And Each Of Lots No. 2 To No. 5 Of This Contract Take Effect From Their Date Of Notification To The Holders, It Being Understood That The Estimated Time Limit For The Firm Portion Of Lot No. 1 And Each Of Lots No. 2 To No. 5 Is 5 Months (Including 1 Month Of Preparation + 4 Months Of Work) From Its Date Of Notification And That A Period Of 12 Months Runs From The Total And Unconditional Receipt Of The Work To Which They Relate. The Optional Tranche Of Lot No. 1 Of This Contract Takes Effect On Its Firming Date And Will End Upon Receipt Of The Work To Which It Relates Under The Conditions Set Out In Article 5.10 Of The Specifications Of Special Administrative Clauses (C.C.A.P.). The Deadline For Firming Up The Optional Tranche Is Set At Xx Xxxxx Xxxx.
