The Government Of Jersey Is Seeking To Appoint A Supplier Under A Master Services Agreement For The Provision Of Network Engineering Services To Support The It Infrastructure Improvement Programme (Iiip). The Iiip Network Activity Is Focused On Improving The Quality, Resilience, Security And Standards Compliance Of Networking Services Across The Government Estate.The Successful Supplier Will Provide Network Engineering Capability That May Include Site Uplift And Remediation Activity, Review Of Site Survey Information, Low-Level Design Support, Switching, Routing, Wireless, Lan/Wan And Associated Engineering Activity, Build/Configuration, Deployment, Testing, Documentation, Handover And Early Life Support.This Rfq Is Structured In Two Parts. Bidders Are Required To Provide A Proposal For The Delivery And Management Of The Master Services Agreement, Including Their Resource Model, Sfia-Aligned Rate Card, Governance Approach And Work Package Management Arrangements. Bidders Are Also Required To Provide A Proposal And Indicative Time And Materials Estimate For The First Work Package, Which Relates To Network Engineering And Associated Activities For An Initial Tranche Of 20 Goj Sites.Services Under The Master Services Agreement Will Only Be Commissioned Through Agreed Work Packages. No Minimum Volume Or Value Of Work Is Guaranteed. The Initial Term Of The Master Services Agreement Is Expected To Be Three Years From Contract Commencement.
