Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is Ict Consulting Services, The Purpose Of Which Is To Support The Definition Of The Target State Of The Pupil Administration System And Possibly The Preparation Of The Procurement Of The Pupil Administration System, Which May Be Carried Out Later. In Addition To System Procurement, The Unification And Development Of Operational Models, Processes And Practices Related To Student Administration (Incl. Harmonization And Streamlining Of Processes). For This Purpose, The Procurement Unit Needs Consulting Especially In The Following Areas: - Business And Needs Definition (Incl. Description Of Current State And Target State) - Description, Analysis And Development Of Processes (Harmonization) - Preparation Of Preliminary Functional Requirements - Definition Of Use Cases - Preparation Of Other Requirements Necessary For Tendering (E.G. Information Security) And Data Protection) The Procurement Will Possibly Include At Least The Roles Of Ict Specification Consultant And Architect. The More Precise Content And Scope Of The Procurement Will Be Specified During The Market Dialogue. Preparation Of The Request For Tender. Request For Tender Documents Can Be Sent To Those Who Have Registered For The Market Dialogue For Comment At A Later Announced Time. The City Of Espoo Can Also Discuss With The Suppliers If It Wishes. The Market Dialogue And The Information Provided In It Do Not Bind The Procurement Entity, And Do Not Oblige The Procurement Entity To Implement Or Publish A Request For Tender. They Also Do Not Bind The Party Participating In It, And Responding To The Invitation Is Not A Condition For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Participating In The Market Dialogue. The Official Call For Tenders Will Be Published Tentatively Later In The Fall Of 2026 After The End Of The Market Dialogues.
