The City Of Salo (Hereafter The Procurement Unit / Customer) Requests Bids For The Tendering Of The Shared Contract For The Procurement Of The Design Of The Kindergarten In The Center Of Haliko In Accordance With This Request For Bids And The Documents Attached To It. The Object Of The Procurement Is Architectural, Structural, Foundation, Hvac, Automation, And Electrical Design As Described In This Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Kindergarten To Be Built Will Be Implemented As A New Building. It Will Be Built In 6 Sections, With Facilities For 100 Children Of Daycare Age. The Scope Of The Project Is Initially About 1900 Brm2. The Design Form Of The Project Is Planning In Parts And The Preliminary Implementation Form Is A Shared Contract. The Plot Is Located In Salon Haliko. The Property Id Of The Site Is 734-418-3-126, The Site Plan Change Is Underway And The Plan Will Be Legally Binding In The Fall Of 2026. The Goal Is For Planning To Begin In June 2026 And The Facilities Are Planned To Be Ready For Use In January 2028. The Preliminary Schedule For The Planning Work Is As Follows: Contract Calculation Sets Ready By The End Of January 2027, Construction Work To Start In March 2027 And The Site Ready In March 2028. The Planning Tasks Include Tasks According To The Ps18 Task List D-J Performed Based On The Project Plan, Tasks According To The Ark18 Task List D-J, Tate 18 Task List Phases D-K Tasks (Hvac, Electricity) And Rak 18 Task List Items D-J, As Well As Tasks According To The Geo 18 Task List Items D-J As Presented In This Request For Tender With Additions And Clarifications. All Assignments In The Design Fields Must Include Planning In Accordance With The Swans Mark Requirements, As Well As The Necessary Coordination And Documentation So That The Swans Mark Objectives Of The Project Can Be Achieved. Designers Must Take Into Account The Requirements Of The Joutsenmarki In Their Own Design Throughout The Projects Planning And Implementation Phase.
