Haus Finnish Institute Of Public Management Ltd (Haus), An In-House Government Organization, Is Seeking A Qualified Supplier To Provide And Implement A Moodle Learning Management System (Lms) As A Saas Solution To Support Efficient Skills Development Of Employees Across Central Asia.The Connectivity For Central Asia (C4ca) Programme Promotes Inclusive Digital Transformation And Reduces The Digital Divide In Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, And Uzbekistan. In This Context, The Programme Supports The Development Of A Regional E-Learning Ecosystem. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Procure A Learning Management System (Lms) To Be Used In Connectivity For Central Asia (C4ca) Project. The Aim Is To Create A Sustainable And Scalable E-Learning Platform That Enables Continuous Learning And Strengthens Digital And Regulatory Capacity Among Public Sector Actors. The Platform Must Be Explicitly Designed For Real-World Operating Conditions In Central Asia, Including Low-Bandwidth Environments, And The Need For Offline Access.A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Is Provided In Annex 6.
