This Is A New Construction Of An Apartment Building, Which Will Be Used To House 18 Families - 18 Apartment Units. The Building Will Be Sunk Into The Ground, So Part Of It Will Have A Basement. 2.Np Will Be Partially Retreated. The Building Will Be Made Of Ceramic Ground Blocks. The Foundations Will Consist Of Reinforced Concrete Belts With A Concrete Base Plate And Concrete Blocks Filled With Concrete. The Ceiling Structure Will Be Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Panels. The Roof Will Be Flat, The Terraces Will Be Partly Walkable From Wooden Boards And Partly Non-Walkable With A Green Surface. Before The Start Of Construction Itself, Project Documentation Will Be Drawn Up At The Stage Of Implementation Project Documentation In The Details Of The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction And The Provision Of The Relevant Engineering Activities In The Affected Stage Of The Project Documentation. The Basis For The Development Of The Project Documentation Is The Dsp And The Book Of Standards, Which Were Part Of The Tender Conditions Within The Procurement Procedure.
