Tenders Are Invited For Edit And Destroy Paper Archives

As Described In The Background, The Nature Of The Assignment Is Twofold: 1. Archives That Must Be Permanently Preserved Must Be Transferred, And; 2. Archives Must Be Legally Destroyed Or Set For A Future Destruction Year. In Part, This Also Means That Further Research Needs To Be Done Into What Should Be Done With Archives. This Applies To A Few Smaller Archives, Such As The Provincial Advisory Committees And The Public Body For The Landfill In Maarsbergen. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is That After The End Of The Assignment: 1. All Archives To Be Kept Have Been Transferred To The Utrecht Archives (Hua); 2. All Files That Are Eligible For Destruction According To The Provincial Selection List For Archives (Provisa) For 2031 Have Been Destroyed; 3. The Destruction Declarations For Files With A Retention Period Longer Than 2030 Have Been Prepared For Destruction In The Year That This Is Required According To The Selection List. See Also Section 2.4 Of The Guidelines. A More Detailed Overview (See Appendix 11) Is Attached To This Guide With The Relevant Archives, The Expected Size To Be Permanently Preserved And An Explanation Of The Origin And Intended Processing. In Summary, This Essentially Concerns The Following Archives, Both Permanently Storable And Destroyable: - Provincial Executive, 1989-1997 And 1997-2011, Size Approx. 855 Linear Meters To Be Kept. The 1989-1997 Part Has Already Been Partly Described In A Draft Inventory; - Provincial Council, 1989-2010, Size Approx. 70 Meters; - Queens Commissioners (Staal And Robbertsen), 1997-2011, Size Approx. 59 Meters; - Road Layers And Specifications For Road Projects, 1939-2010, Size Approx. 44 Meters; - Archive Transferred To The Province Wgr+ Region Utrecht Region Administration (Bru), 1995-2015, Size Approx. 31 Meters; - Archives Transferred To The Province From The Rural Areas Service, Up To And Including 2014, Size Approx. 35 Meters; - Archive From The Province Of South Holland Due To The Reorganization Of Vijfheerenlanden, First Half Of The 20Th Century Until 2010, Size Approx. 20 Meters; - Smaller Archives Managed By The Province Of Utrecht, Each Measuring A Few To A Maximum Of 13 Meters.
