Limerick Twenty Thirty Dac Are Seeking Submissions For The Provision Of Quantity Surveying Services For The Delivery Of The Phase Ii (A) - Site Activation Works As Part Of The Overall Cleeves Riverside Quarter Development. The Site Activation Works Is An Infrastructure Focused Project Aimed To Unlock Development With Particular Focus On Expediting Delivery Of The Designated Housing Development Zones At Salesians, Stonetown Terrace, Quarry Pbsa, And O’Callaghan Strand. The Project Consists Of A Coordinated Package Of Demolitions, Public Realm And Critical Infrastructure Pertaining To Water Supply, Wastewater And Surface Water, Utilities, Flood Protection, And Transport Infrastructure. There Are Also A Number Of Listed Buildings Within The Curtilage Of The Site. The Qs Services Are To Include Both Cost And Carbon Reporting
