The Customer Wants An Offer For The Delivery Of A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Traffic Recording Equipment For Motor Vehicles At Fixed Stations. The Norwegian Road Administration Is Responsible For Collecting Road Traffic Data (Also Known As Traffic Data) On Most European And All National Roads In Norway. For The Rest Of The Road Network, Nye Veier, The County Councils And The Municipalities Are Responsible For Collecting Traffic Data. Traffic Data Is Used I.A. For Traffic Management, Operation And Planning Of Roads. The Swedish Road Administration Has Created A Separate System Traffic Data System For The Collection, Processing And Publication Of Traffic Data. Depending On The Type Of Traffic Recording Equipment (Stationary Or Mobile), Data Is Collected In Different Ways. Data Loggers At Fixed Stations With Continuous Recording Are Connected Directly To The Traffic Data System In A Closed Network. The Communication Between The Data Loggers And The Traffic Data System Takes Place Via Opcua. Data From Stationary Continuous Stations Is Collected With A Delay Of Only A Few Seconds.
