The Equipment Will Mainly Be Acquired For The Navys Vessels. The Framework Agreement Will Also Include Up To 50 Hours Of Annual Consultancy And Technical Support. These Hours Must Be Included In The Offered Prices. The Framework Agreement Will Not Include O-Rings, Seals And Gaskets Where The Client Has An Exclusive Agreement With The System Supplier. The Supplier Is, As A General Rule, Obliged To Deliver Original O-Rings, Seals And Gaskets According To The Original Manufacturer And The Original Manufacturers Part Number. Where It Is Not Possible Due To True Manufacturer No Longer Exists / The Material Has Been Discontinued Etc. The Supplier Can Manufacture The Material.
