The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Breast Implants And Tissue Expanders. Product Descriptions Are Given In Appendix 1. The Procurement Is Divided Into 2 Parts. The Offer Can Be Submitted Either For One Or Several Parts. For Each Part Of The Procurement, A Separate Framework Agreement With A Term Of 36 Months Is Concluded Under The Terms Of Appendix 2. In The Event That The Same Bidder Is Recognized As Successful In Several Parts, A Single Framework Contract Covering All Relevant Parts Of The Procurement Will Be Concluded With Him.
