Aca Wood Pole Replacement Project . This Rfp Is Being Jointly Issued By Bc Hydro And Telus (The Utilities) To Obtain Proposals From Qualified Proponents To Deliver Ammoniacal Copper Arsenate (Aca) Pole Replacements Primarily On Vancouver Island And The Lower Mainland. To Receive The Rfp Package, Proponents Must First Complete A Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Contract Is Expected To Be For An Initial Term Of 3 Years, Which May Be Extended For Up To 5 Years Through One Or More Contract Extensions, For A Potential Total Term Of 8 Years.
