Separate Item No. 4 – Field Shoes. Separate Position No. 5 – T-Shirts Separate Position No. 6 – Sports Shoes. Separate Item #7 – Sportswear. Separate Position No. 8 – Work Clothing, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. Separate Item No. 9 – Work Shoes And Other Personal Protective Equipment. The Quantities Planned For Delivery Are Indicated In The Attached In The Cais Eop, Section Parameters, Table Estimated Quantities By Types Of Items - An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, Serve To Form An Estimated Value For The Individual Items And Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority To Their Declaration In Full. Only The Written Delivery Requests Sent To The Contractor Are Binding On The Employer. In This Sense, According To The Need And The Available Financial Means, The Contracting Authority Has The Right Not To Declare The Specified Quantities In Full.
