The Amount Of 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Without Vat Is Eur 2,200.00, Which Includes The Total Estimated Value Of Op No. 4 And Op No. 5, Which Is Eur 2,056.61 Without Vat. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Will Award Op No. 4 And Op No. 5 In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, As Their Total Estimated Value Without Vat Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order And The Value Of Each Of The Specified Separate Items Does Not Exceed €79,998.77/Bgn 156,464. The Individual Estimated Values Of Each Of The Specified Separate Items No. 4 And No. 5 Falls Within The Value Threshold Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Ppa And The Same Will Be Awarded Directly.
