Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Dialysis Consumables

Subject Of The Order E Supply Of Dialysis Consumables. The Medical Consumables Needed To Ensure The Operation Of The Hemodialysis Clinic Are Described By Type And Estimated Quantity In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Order Is Divided Into 3 /Three/ Separate Positions, Two Of Which Are The Subject Of The Present Procedure, And The Third Will Be Assigned Directly On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. Complexity Is Required For Participation In Each Of The Two Separate Positions. The Participants Offer All The Nomenclature Included In The Specific Position For Which They Participate. In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Nomenclatures From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Specific Position. In The Event That A Participant Offers One Or More Nomenclatures From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, But The Same/Same Ones Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Has Not Been Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Specific Position. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification Are Estimates And Do Not Oblige The Employer To Request And Purchase Them In Full. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Quantities Indicated In The Specification, According To Its Needs, Including To Refuse The Delivery Of Certain Nomenclature, As Well As To Declare New Types That Are Not Included In The Specification, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. By New Types Is Meant: In Case Of Suspension From Production And/Or Import, Equivalent To The Types Of Consumables Included In The Contract Specification The Requirements To Which The Consumables Must Meet Are Specified In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Order Documentation.
