The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design, Construction And Authors Supervision For Conservation And Restoration, Socialization And Adaptation Of Istanbul Gate And Surrounding Area/Ncc With The Category Of National Importance/ Project Reg. №Bg16ffpr003-1.001-0020 Istanbul Gate - Between The Past And The Present Under The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase With Scope And Contents According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects With The Measures Included In The Energy Efficiency Survey And The Sites Technical Passport. Activity 2 – Implementation Of Smr According To The Duly Agreed And Approved Investment Project. Activity 3 - Exercising Author Supervision During Construction. The Design And Construction And Assembly Works Are Related To The Energy Renovation Of The Building. The Specific Activities Are Described In The Technical Specifications Attached To This Participation Documentation. The Building Has An Administrative Address: The City Of Vidin, Bdin Street #1B. It Is The First Category, Letter M, As An Immovable Cultural Asset With The Category Of National Significance, Determined In Accordance With The Law On Cultural Heritage, According To The Law On Territorial Planning - Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 1 And Ordinance On The Nomenclature For Types Of Construction - Art. 2, Paragraph 12. The Public Procurement Is Conducted In Connection With Submitted And Approved Project Proposals For Financing Under Procedure Bg16ffpr003-1.001 Support For Integrated Urban Development In The 10 Urban Municipalities - Main Growth Centers Under The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027, And Within The Framework Of The Same, The Activities Under The Procurement Will Be Financed.
